The Ogun State Police Command has dismantled a suspected cattle theft syndicate and recovered six stolen cows during an operation in the state.

Police said the operation followed credible intelligence that led officers to the suspected members of the group.

During the raid, six cows believed to have been stolen were recovered, while efforts are ongoing to apprehend other fleeing suspects linked to the syndicate.

The command said investigations are continuing to identify the owners of the recovered livestock and uncover the full extent of the group’s activities.
