The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has told a court that information published by actor Emeka Ike was neither classified nor considered sensitive.
Testifying during proceedings, a representative of the electoral commission said the material in question was publicly accessible and did not fall under the category of restricted government information.
According to the witness, the data was available through official channels and could be accessed by members of the public without breaching any confidentiality rules.
The testimony formed part of the ongoing court proceedings involving the actor, as the court continues to hear evidence from the parties in the case.
