Former Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has opened up about why she regrets participating in the reality television show, saying it has made finding a life partner more difficult.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, Mercy said the fame and financial success she gained after leaving the show have complicated her relationships.
The reality star explained that financial imbalance has been a recurring issue, as many of the men she meets earn less than she does, making it difficult to build a lasting relationship.
According to her, she desires to get married and build a stable family, but her status and success have become obstacles in her search for a compatible partner.
Mercy said that, in hindsight, she sometimes wishes she had not participated in the reality show because of the impact it has had on her personal life, particularly her inability to find a suitable partner.
